Hi, I am Laurin and I'm glad I found this place! I am disabled and spend as much time as I can trying to keep the little bit of equipment I have running. Recently I was rebuilding my 11hp John Deere mower carburetor and was having fits! It would run 20' and quit! I found out why they send 2 needle valves... so, when the seat just falls out, time to try the needle with the rubber tip!! I am back in business! I looked in here for that trick, but ended up finding it at a local Harley shop! Anyways, ty for allowing me to join in!

Crikey...!... that reads like a real dodgy (poor) 'fix' to a known fault?
When the seat falls out it tells you it is a press fit so something has
changed to get it to occur, yeh? And not "fair wear and tear".

Welcome, and good on yer for dealing with adversity.
"CHARACTER BUILDING" is what I was told on suddenly becoming largely
disabled. What a crock of tripe... I had plenty of character, just wanted my
mobility back!! Heh heh
