Riding Mower, Poulan blows fuse

I have a model PB195H46YT Poulan Rider. When I try to mow, it blows the 20 amp fuse.

What is the solution?

does it have a PTO clutch thats electric and does it blow when you turn on the clutch to engage the blades if so then you either have a shorted wire to the clutch or a bad PTO clutch

it could also be a bad PTO switch
