Replacing small wheel on rear of Toro 20370 with large wheel

I just recently purchased a Toro 20370 recycler. It is front wheel drive, and small wheels on all four wheels. Can I replace the rear (non-pulling) wheels with larger (non-pulling). I am not a fan of front drive, but with the larger wheels on rear, they cut much better, especially when going up a slope. Would the 2 large wheels fit and run even if I did this? Many thanks.
 
You would also have to replace the adjuster and handle brackets, or it will be mowing down hill all the time. Not worth the cost.
