I have a 2005 Dixie Chopper LT2700 with the original 27hp Generac engine. The Carburetor blew out it's jets, so I'm going to try to get new o rings and replace the jets which I found in the bowl. I'm trying to think about if this happens again. The Nikki OF93380SRV is supposed to be the replacement for the Nikki OE4215. Does that mean the cable hook ups are the same or will I have to modify my cables to the choke and throttle?, which I don't think I have the expertise to do.
I was mistakenly sent a Nikki OG4610 instead of the OF93380SRV. The OG4610 looks like it has the same carburetor body but the cable arrangement would be different. I'm hoping the correct OF93380SRV would be a direct replacement without modification. Has anybody out there changed these out? Thanks for any input.
