Replacing interlock switch on rider???

I have a 19.5 HP craftsman rider with a bad interlock switch that is connected to the clutch. How do you change the interlock switch. It is a model 917.270821. It is mounted on the deck under the battery and I can't figure out how to replace it. Help please.....

Some of these switches are a bear to get to. You may have to remove several items to get to it, but as old as this thread is I bet you have already got 'er done.

Thanks Wildbill for your reply. Yeah, I disconnected all the rods that were in the way and was finally able to get to the switch. Not the easiest thing to do, but I'm stubborn enough to stick with it.
