Repairs Replacing drive belt on 16GTH50

I was gifted my grandfather's old 16GTH50 this summer. I have successfully made repairs to the mower deck (belt, blades, rollers, etc), but the tractor drive belt is starting to slip and needs to be replaced.

I'm currently stuck at removing the electric clutch. In attempting to remove the clutch capscrew, the entire assembly turns as well. Do I need a bracing of some sort to lock it in place? And if so, what kind of bracing should I look for? If not bracing, what else should I be doing?

Remove any pulley except that one. Put it back together.

You need to find the spects on the air gap for your PTO and gap it to the correct gap.

The tractor's number is 1692042.

I don't have any formal or even informal auto-mechanical experience so I suspect there must be an obvious, somewhat common method for removing a clutch of this type that I'm not aware of. : )

Again, my problem I have is that when attempting to unlock the clutch's capscrew, the clutch turns with me as I turn my socket wrench.

Disconnect negative cable at battery for safety, have a helper place both hands on top of engine screen firmly to keep engine from rotating while you loosen bolt at clutch, if this does not work remove blower housing top of engine and have helper hold flywheel with shop rag, or use socket wrench to hold flywheel bolt, if this does not work you will need to use an air impact wrench to loosen bolt.
