replacing choke cable on a Cub Cadet Model 1650

As I'm not the mechanic my brother is, how difficult is this to do? If someone could walk me through the steps, that would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

If you have the new cable in hand, it will be easy. If you are looking for the cable, we need the model numbers of the unit we are talking about. Weather is getting colder out here and old timers disease kicking in and ESP is down due to satellite failure. Please give us more info.
