thank you.

Is that difficult to replace? I've gotten to the screws near the air tubes below the unit and it seem confusing.

Depends if you can use a couple tools or not.

Should be three Plastite screws (8mm socket)and two M6-1.00 nuts (10mm socket) holding it on.

Thank you. I had already removed some screws as shown in the photos with red arrows.
I expected the part to come out at that point, as Star Tech implies.
However something is still holding on, as shown in the photo with blue arrows showing the bracket that perhaps needs to come out. The top blue arrorws screw head has a star, suggesting they don't want me to take it out.

Okay I haven't dealt with the smart choke on this engine yet but it look you just got a couple more screw to remove. You shouldn't to remove the choke activator from the bracket.
