Hi all.
I am running into a problem with finding the correct replacement drive wheel. I haven't taken exact measurements (since, honestly it's not that relevant) because it is very obvious what the problem is. The front drive axels are not the same diameter at full depth. In other words, the left wheel (when standing in operation position) has a 1/2in axle that is 2in long so the traditional, common drum gear 8in wheel will work. But on the right side, the same axle is 2in but only the first half is 1/2 - the second half is 9/16, a little bigger. I can't find the same wheel anywhere - everything is sold with a 1/2 sleeved bore.

When you look at my attached files you can see pretty clearly what I'm talking about.

Any suggestions? Here is all the information I can pull from the unit:

Craftsman 6.75 ft-lbs torque at 26000 rpm per SAE J1940 - 190cc
Right side front/drive wheel markings: PP-GF30 119-3801 EP-4
Left side front/drive wheel markings: PP-GF30 119-3801 EP-8
Right side rear wheel markings:TB-400227
Left side rear wheel markings:TB-400228

Hmm - that is certainly a good possibility. I did try to pry that thicker part of - maybe I'll put some heat on it and soak it in some PB Blaster to before getting a new drive axle.
Thanks - I think that is what happened now that I look at it more closely.

IL is correct, you have a wheel bushing seized on the right axle. Grab it with a pliers a twist, should come off.

Try some 50/50 Acetone/ATF oil as penetration fluid.

I would also remove that dust cover before trying heating.
