Hello, I have to replace the rear arm springs (that adjust the rear height) and I can not figure out how to get them off. They were bent and mangled when the mower was shipped to me (everything else was fine, I can't see anyway this would happen during shipping, so I think they left the factory this way). Anyway LB sent me some new ones, seems like a simple thing, but I can't get the old ones off. I removed the wheel bolt, pulled the wheel, remove the C-Clip, pull the gear off the axel, thats it. I can't figure out how to remove the pivot arm that is in front of the arm spring. Model 10641, 20" self propelled. Any advice? So pissed off at this point. I know its because I don't know what I'm doing, but it seems like there would be a much easier way then taking off 30 other parts.
