Silver metal cylindrical boot with a 90 degree bend covers the spark plug wire. How do I get it off to change spark plug? Does it turn? Just pull it straight out really hard?

May take some twisting side to side while pulling to break it free. There is a normal rubber spark plug boot under that EMF shield
