I need help with replacement of the tensioner pulley for the drive unit on a SFZ 48-22k. There are two, one is stationary that is the one that blew apart. I removed the bolt and reinstalled it in this picture but there appears to be part of the old one that is pressed into the frame. Not sure if it is part of the old one and needs to be removed, if so how ? it dosen't come out when the bolt is removed
I don't know about the stalk part of the pulley mount but that part just above the bolt head with the U shaped groove is the inner race for the destroyed bearing. That part has to come off to replace the pulley.

Okay according to the IPL the pulley with bearing and the bushing standoff is held on by a 3/8-16 screw and a nut and large washer. Depending on how good you are it might take two people to remove and install it the new pulley with bearing and the bushing standoff. This because the nut and washer is under the seat and the screw is on the underside of the frame. Arms are only so long.
Thanks to everyone for the information. The part that was stuck onto the frame was part of the old pulley and I wasn't sure if it was part of the frame. Once I realized it was part of the old pulley I used a screwdrive and placed it on the edge of the old bearing from the top side of the frame tapped it with the hammer and it just popped out.
Now I am ready for the new part
Thanks again to everyone who posted
