Greetungs! First time user of this site. I just purchased a used Power Kraft 18/42 mowerand it runs great, but when I turn off the ignition switch the mower still runs... any ideas on what the problem could be? the motor was replaced with a 11hp B&S so i'm thinking maybe that could have something to do with it..

Welcome to the forum. To try to answer your question, an open circuit in the small wire that goes to the coil? Bad ignition switch? What have you checked so far?

Look to see if when the engine was changed, to see if they forgot to hook up the kill wire to the coil.

I agree, it sounds like someone didn't finish the job and connect the kill wire.
