Red Max Blower EB4400 dies after running a few minutes

I have a Redmax EB4400 blower that I've had for some time and it starts and runs great, but after a few minutes of running it starts to die out unless i drop the throttle back down to idle. Once at idle, I can ramp it back up and it will run for another minute or so and then the cycle repeats. If I let it die out, I can start it right back up again. Can someone please help???
