Ranch king 14.5b&s dies

When it does start it runs for 2 or 3 minutes then dies. When I try to restart it itfloods out. Its getting spark. Cant figure it out

Start by cleaning the carb check the float and valve, if still bad come back with the engine numbers so we here will know which carb is fitted to that engine.
