Won't be a blown fuse as the OP can crank the engine.
Check for voltage at A1 of ignition switch. It can a bad connection or a failed ignition switch. With A1 not working the fuel anti backfire solenoid will not open up to allow the engine to start and run. Also no power to the hour meter, monitor systems, or though A2/L terminals for lighting.
Just a side note this does have two fuses. One is in the ground return. It affects only the lights, hour meter, monitoring system, and magneto kill. The other fuse is in the B+ and supplies all powe, other than high amperage for the starter, including operating the starter solenoid. The high amperage starter circuit is unfused.
