Mower won't start.Model 917370610.B&S 190cc 6.75. changed filter, spark plug, installed in line fuel filter. wouldn't turn on. leaned it on its side for about 30-60 seconds. flipped it back right and it started up for a few seconds. That makes me think I have some kind of fuel issue. Need help figuring out what direction to take next. will be out of town next week for 3 weeks so really need to get this fixed so i can mow the lawn before i go.
