Pulley Swap

I have an Ariens SRM1030 with a 10HP Tacumesh engine. I want to do a pulley swap on my mower to make it go faster as I use my mower as a mudding mower. the mowing deck i cut off with a plasma cutter. I would like to know how to do a pulley swap. If you need pictures I have took some with my iPhone and I'll be glad to show them if anyone requests them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
