Changed the blades and (stupidly) tried to remove the center bolt (RED) in the "clutch" It just turns with resistance, but without limit. I think I must have tightened it. Can I find the proper way to set this tension?

Torque Wrench -Hold flywheel & torque clutch bolt to 40 ft.lbs.

blade bolt torque is 40 ft. lbs. also.
