checked elec clutch-its ok. prob a ground issue. What purpose are the 3 blue taps in the ground loop-1 under seat,2 on rt side of motor.model # is4500z

Maybe you could post your mowers Model # serial # and maybe a picture or two so we can get a better idea of what you dealing with?
