hello, I removed my pto clutch to repair my front axle on my hydro 165 now I put clutch back on and it works for 5 seconds begins to spark and overheat instantly. This clutch was working before I took it off. Are there torque reguirements for the one bolt that holds the pto clutch on?
Assuming an electric PTO...Sounds like you have a "welding cable" set up there. By that I mean your 12V feed is shorted directly to ground thru the clutch body. Is fuse blown?
