Pto clutch rebuild

can a pto clutch be rebuilt. it is drawing too many amps. Bench tested 7.25 ohms any suggestions?

Doubtful - I'd look at a replacement - never seen one go bad but sure it can happen

Unless you can find an electric motor rewinding shop that is willing to build a new coil. it is not repairable. And most electric clutches don't use standard size bearings even if the number on the bearing seal leads to a standard bearing the bearing may not be standard.

E÷R=A. 13.5V ÷ 7.25R = 1.86A
E × A= W. 13.5V x 1.86A= 25.11Watts

Drawing too many amps?
I am confused.
