I just got this yazoo with a kubota d722 and it hasn't run in over a year. Its not getting any fuel through the tank selector therefore it's not getting to the injectors. Any ideas what the problem maybe?

Does it have an electrical pick up pump in tank to deliver fuel to the main engine pump?
Is it working? (ticking noise usually)
Are the fuel lines clogged?
Not for sure. It has two tanks with two hoses out the top of each! How could I figure out if it does? I can hear a ticking noise but only after I sit on the seat and just figured that was a safety switch
