The GCV160 is a Honda engine, but the pump/wand/frame are not made by Honda. Does the engine start and run smoothly otherwise? Maybe there is an issue with the pump...blocked, binding internally, etc.?
Yes it runs fine. It just bogs down when you try to spray.

It could also be a water feed problem. Have you just obtained this washer or have you had it for a while and it just started doing this? Low input volume from a hose that is too small in diameter, or if there is a water leak in the hose.
Check to make sure there is no obstructions in the high pressure hose, gun, wand, and nozzle. If the pressure is low and you have good water flow out of the nozzle, make sure you don't have the soap nozzle installed.
YEs check and make sure nothing is in the hose or connections, also if stored in a shed, Mud Dabber bees can reek havoc laying their eggs in the orifices.
I will check for obstructions. I just replaced the carb on it also. I didn't think that would cause it since the engine runs fine until you try to spray.
Here's something I discovered today. The pump was extremely hot after use. To the point that the water burned me when I disconnected the hose. Is that normal?
Water that is being recirculated through the pump under pressure will get hot. Most pumps have a thermal relief valve to discharge some of the hot water to protect the pump. sounds like there is a restriction in the pump some place. had one a couple months ago that would get really hot, Found a bad o ring on the discharge check valve next to the soap injector ventori.
