Powermore Cutting out

I just a cheap Yard Machine push mower with a 139cc OHV power more engine. I Had filled it with to much oil when it was new which fouled the spark plug. I replaced the plug after draining some oil and all seemed fine till the beginning of this season. Put fresh gas in it but still wouldn't start. Once I removed the bottom nut of the carb bowl (thinking it just had old gas in it still) and drained some of that gas it started up fine. Now it cuts out constantly. Here's a video.

So what the heck can I do to fix this thing?? It's also a cheap mower...like 140 bucks. Not sure if it's worth fixing it.

Check your air filter and see if it is soaked in gas or oil, if so replace filter.

Ensure the crankcase breather tube is clear and connected.

In my experience I have found a small hole on the down tube in the bowl is clogged. put a needle through it.

The filter does have the smell of gas but visually it doesn't seem obstructed in any way. Could this be causing it then?

Anyone? I briefly removed the filter and it ran the same for that amount of time. I would think if it was the filter it'd perk up as I removed it for a short amount of time. Guess I'll look into the carb
