POWER STROKE ???

I got a power washer for free with a running 140cc OHV engine. What is the HP?
I can't find any numbers as yet, some help please. It looks to have a 13/16 Vert. shaft.
Any info. would be nice. it doesn't pump out any water at pressure. I will scrap the pump.

Should ballpark out around 4.5-5 HP.

that pump may just need some new seals/o rings in it.

The pump is full of deposits from our bad water. some of the inside passages were clogged.
There are white plastic parts that don't spin. All the seals looked good as did the brass.
