After rebuilding the steering control valve to dry up the leaking quad seal, I put new o-rings on the 5 different lines plugged into the valve. After reassembling them back to the valve and tightening the two bolts that hold them in place 2 are tightly held and 3 are not tight. I would think all should be tight but I redid the operation again and same results. I don'r recall how they were when I took them off originally, was a dirty mess then to see what was what. Also, I did leave the allen head bolt finger tight while torquing the other 2 hex bolts that attach the little keeper plate. Any thoughts why 3 still loose ?
