Poulon Pro 300EX front of deck won’t raise

Poulon Pro 300EX front of the deck drags the ground and won’t raise at all. The back of the deck raises and lowers but the front doesn’t move.

Front rod missing or disconnected. Or the piece that attaches to the front axle that the support rod goes through is bent.
