Poulan sm30sb engine problem

I've had this "power unit" (which drives several attachments) for about a year and a half. Always ran good. Started having problems getting full power, starving for fuel. Figured the carb probably needed a diaphragm set. I've never heard of this carb before, it's a RUIXING numbers are "BED21153" and on the other side is "H6 C1". Dealer has no source for kit.(small town dealer). I've dumped the fuel, replaced the "fuel tank connection assembly", Cleaned the in tank strainer, etc. It will run a little stronger if I close the choke about half way, but not enough to run my pole saw. The exhaust is clear, the engine starts and idles fine, but if you quickly open the throttle, it bogs, and dies. I'm about ready to get an inverter,and run electric tools. Hate foolin with the blasted extension cords though.
Anyone have any info on the ruixing (chinese) carbs?, or any ideas to try.? ANY AND ALL HELP APPRECIATED. Gary

Most of my experience with Ruixing carbs is not good, at least on the various tillers by Southland. I have found that they usually don't offer carb kits for there carbs. The 576128801 carb assy list for $21.17 with no repair kit listed. But for that price just replace the carb.

Try OEM Parts for parts diagram.
You will probably find no kit available but full carb may be.

Usually a carb doesnt seal caused by the needle and lever worn and not set right either with a flat edge or use a "W" guage.
Or the gasket not sealing in the carb.

But if its chinese prob no gaskets available.
Sometimes these carbs are copies of either a walbro or zama.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yeah, I priced the carb, but I'm one of those guys that can't stand to throw something away that's repairable. I use this tool on my farm, and it doesn't have all that many hours on it. $25 is pretty cheap for a carb, but I don't want to do this every year or so. I may look around for a unit that will work with my " PoulanProLink" attachments, AND that has a walbro carb on it. Thanks again.
