50 cc pp5020av test for spark with tester no spark, check with known good plug no spark, removed kill wire no spark, flywheel clean gap .014 magnets strong, replace coil with new, no spark. With a possible bad new coil is there something I'm over looking? The coil was from a dealer.

You did it right. Take ignition coil back to the dealer and tell him what you did. Exchange for a new coil and install. I have had 3 different bad new parts this year, it happens.

Try changing your gap to .008-.010 and recheck spark.
