Poulan mower wont move

We have a Poulan riding lawn mower and it wont move. We have already changed the the drive belt...still wont move....help please:confused2:

Not enough info for good diagnosis but is the drive belt tight, and if hydrostat is the bypass lever in the correct position for driving.
