well getting close to the finish line the breaks are stuck on but the deck has been rebuilt and works fine. 
so after some digging around.
its the shifter not pushing back the dis-engagement rod on the deck. So i took off the gas tank and took a look inside. My question is where does that crazy sping go?or how dooes it go on?
