Plows and discs for small garden tractors

My wife wants to grow part of her garden in 4' by 20' areas and wants grass that can be cut between them. Can you get a plow and disk that narrow for small garden tractors?

Just make sure that you keep weeds out of the grass between the gardens as well. Sometimes you forget that and they can creep in to your garden if you forget to mow it.
