Hello
This mower start for about three minutes gently throttles up and down and the stops it then takes a bit of starting fluid and does the same
Any thoughts would be much appreciated

Most likely just needs carb cleaning

edit:
Or also the fuel cap could be clogged and/or there is debris inside of gas tank
