Today and tomorrow we have the right to exercise two of our favorite American pastimes, which is drinking and playing with explosives. Whether you indulge in one, or both, please use extra caution and enjoy a safe and happy Independence Day, or Fourth of July, whichever you prefer to term it.

Unless, like in my state, fireworks are illegal altogether..(unless you have a professional permit)..:frown:

Then drink to make up for it! Don't forget beans and American sausage (aka hot dogs, weiners, franks, etc)!

I would LOVE IT if that were the case here, because a lot of people go outstate to buy the ones that are illegal. Enforcement of the laws here is a joke. The Legislature is considering permitting commercial fireworks sales here year-round to raise revenue. MORONS.

In my state every one gets professional wireworks even though their illegal too. Other than sparklers.
