Personal pace seems to not give me its all

I have a toro personal pace 21'' sr4 with a B&S quantum engine it runs good cuts great doesnt bog down just seems like the engine is really quiet and could give me more power i am wondering if this is just a really quiet engine or if there is something out of adjustment

If you have a tach, check the RPM's. Should be running at 3200. Possibly ran into some bushes and bent the arm holding the governor spring in and reduced the speed.

well i do not have a tach i tied down the handle and watched the carb it did not open all the way fiddled with the governor spring and bent it a little and it definately runs lots better not super crazy mode but definately significantly more power
