PERSONAL PACE DRIVE WHEELS RESIST (DRAG) WHEN PULLING BACKWARD

Bought a 20383 TORO Super Recycler in the Fall of 2014. I often get resistance from the rear-drive wheels when I am pulling the machine backwards. Then, it sometimes feels slow to "drive forward" once the Personal Pace handle is re-engaged.

Rivets

If you follow the drive cable up the left hand side of the handle, you will find a clamp holding the cable. Loosen the clamp and pull the cable up, toward the handle 1/8". Retighten and try the unit. Adjusting this cable, controls the amount of force needed to operate the drive.
