Parts source recommendation?

It looks like I'll need a few carburetor parts to get my 5247 (1980) running. Can anyone recommend the cheapest source? I need to purchase a coil for a 5241 (1973), too. Thanks!

I usually find the part numbers to what I need at Lawnboy.com, then search eBay to find the best deal.

I've dealt with K&T Parts House and, while their selection isn't great, they seem pretty price competitive. They also have very good prices on generic parts.

Once you know exactly what you need, it usually pays to check eBay.

Thanks for the helpful shopping tips, fellows. Incidentally, the gas dripping from my foam air filter seems to be caused by a bad needle and seat. But, I'd like your opinion. Good advice from the forum yesterday enabled me to find out. After I determined the cork float was good (and set right), I reassembled the carb and put it back on. Then I turned on the gas. I left the foam filter and cover off. In about 30 minutes, I could see gas inside the filter housing. Would you guys agree the leak is caused by a bad needle and seat? Thanks.

Yes, that must be it. If the needle and seat don't form a really good seal, you're going to have gas leaking out -- and gas won't leak like that if you have a good seal.
