I see a 4hp with Pac n Sac on CL. How "usable" is that option?

I personally have never used one (so I might not be completely qualified to answer but...) from what I gather that seem to be better in theory than in actual use. It's pretty bulky and can make the mower a bit awkward to use. But if the price is right it's worth picking up if, for no other reason, for how rare it is. And maybe the mower it's attached to is worth it too!

I used to have a mower with the pack-n-sac and it wasn't as good as it looked. It would leak grass out of where the bottom half slides in until plugged itself. And it really doesn't hold that much grass. I wouldn't say anymore than a normal bag. It wasn't really too bulky, that didn't really bother me. I ended up selling mine a few months ago. In hind sight, I should have kept it as they are very very rare. Mine even had a Wisconsin robin w1-185V engine that ran very well. Can you post the CL Link?

Not a bad deal, looks pretty clean from the picture. I'd probably pick it up just because the pack-n-sacs are so rare. I have always loved snappers

He's got another 4 hp that looks in nicer shape for $80. I'm thinking of making deal for both. We'll see.

Not real close but doable distance from Rochester.
