Does anyone know for sure what brand/model lawn-tractor this deck came from?

Husqvarna mower. Too many other possible variables to determine model number it came from since that deck could of been used on hundreds of model numbers.

I'm guessing it's from an 80's Simplicity or Ariens because of the 3 front wheels and the greaseable spindles.

Hello H.,

Most Husqvarna decks are gray for the ones I have dealt with.

I have seen a rare few early Scotts brand mower decks that were orange long before John Deere took them over.

Thanks so much for the research! Since it's not rusted through it should be worth a couple hundies. This deck looks like an older version of the one I have .

The Belt tensioner rod on the right side of the deck is a common Husqvarna setup too.

Hi MParr,

That deck uses a wide front roller in the middle instead of the single wheel. It does look very close though.

It would have been a lot easier if the OP would have given us the blade size and blade part number. This would have eliminated a lot of guessing on everyone’s part. Must be a new member and new to the DIY game to understand that the more info you give us the better we can help you .
