On the old style Kees (36") intermediate walk behinds (goodall, bobcat, skags, all similar in early years) the steering control rods came down and connected to V shaped "lever" that was tensioned with a small spring and held the idler pulley for the tensioning of the drive belt. It sat and pivoted on a stud that stuck off the outside of the gearbox horizontal shaft support/bearing housing. What is the name of that V shaped pulley lever and where can I find new or even good used ones? Thanks in advance.
