Old Craftsman.

I am new to this forum, I saw a post about an old Craftsman that will not start, no power to solenoid white wire, sounds like i have the exact same problem, where Is the clutch/brake switch, I'll start there Cheers,

How old is it?? I ask because my 80's sears rider only has a safety switch to start only with blade disengaged.
Yours likely has safety switches under the seat, under brake pedal, and blade engage that would cause your problem.
Exactly what model do you have? Someone should have a schematic where all the safety switches are to check on your mower.

Have you done any investigative work on it yet? Or are you here asking for answers only?

Need mower and engine numbers before we can proceed.

Won't start or won't crank ? There is a difference when trouble shooting . :)
