If you are talking about the tube going from the valve cover to the back of the air cleaner tube it is part number 67068. Should be able to order one through any good repair shop.

no i am talking about the emulsion tube which seems to also be the main jet it is the seat for the fuel adjustmenr the tube screws in and fits in a hole on theother side of the air barrel then the fuel adjustment screws into that it was bent and when i straightened it it broke but now i think i will solder it because i have a drill bit that fits and if solder gets in the tube i can drill it out

That is not a valid type number, can you check it and get back to us?

You mean the main nozzle which is part number 390395, but is no longer available. It is also included in the repair kit part number 295938, which is also no longer available. Lucky both are still available on the Internet. Just type in the part number in google search and you will find them. I recommend get the full repair kit, with the age of that engine you will need the gasket. This manual might also help. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6NaqjIxWV1ycG8wd0s3Z2Q2X00/view
