I have a Kohler "courage" 20 hp on a Husquavarna mower. After running for about 2 minutes, oil shoots through my carb, blue smoke emits from exhaust and it shuts down. I tore it down to replace head gasket.Once tore down I determined the head gasket has no visible tears or rips.Any suggestions??????

If you are sure that the head gasket is good, I would take a look at the oil level. Pull the dipstick and see if it is high and/or smells like gas. If fuel has mixed with the oil, time to clean and rebuild the carb with a new float needle and seat.

^^^Agreed. Sounds like your oil level is high, so oil is coming out of the breather and in to the air filter. Either carb leak by or you overfilled it.
