What is the best 10-W30 motor oil to use in Gravely XD3 with a Subaru engine?

If the book says 10w30 then that oil in the grade they call for can be used in any brand in that weight and grade. Most grades engine makers call for are sg sj or better. That is pretty much any 10w30 in this day and age.

I suppose by "best" that would be any 10W30 full synthetic oil.

But any oil will do.
