oil leaking from fuel pump

John Deere 19. 5 Hp. La110 oil seems to be leaking @ fuel pump.

Two things I would check. One, check the oil level. If it is over full, it may be being pumped out through the pulse line. Second, start the engine and run at 3/4 throttle. Carefully remove the dipstick and rest it on the fill tube. If it bounces all over the place, you may have a blown head gasket, creating too much pressure in the crankcase.

If head gasket what would have caused it? i baby this tractor, & i think thats why im pissed off

They heat up, and they cool down. Expansion and contraction. Everything has changed. Not all of it for the better. But maybe for the best.

changing gasket what do I set valves at?

Can't tell you that unless you tell us the make and model numbers of your engine. Their not all the same.
