You can jump across the contacts on the relay. Also check to see if there is any corrosion around the ground cable on the chassis.

I took a good hard look under the seat and I found a tiny spade clip that was hanging loose and not connected to anything and I hooked it up and it started right off! Got a heavy rain so will have to wait a tad to cut my jungle grass! Thanks for all the tips. Adios until the next clarity. Glad I did not burn anything out in the electrical end of things with that high charge that blew the original battery out. Never had such a wonderful machine so I am getting acquainted now with it and love it.
