No hot starting

Scag wildcat with 26 kaw. Liquid cooled (FD731V).Will start when cold and runs fine,but if I turn it off it will not start until it cools down.Replaced ignition coils,fuel filter and pump.Have some backfire when trying to start when hot.Looking for help

Cool I get to say it. Check your valves. They may be out of adjustment.
