No fuel is seen flowing to the fuel filter while running and dies after 10-15 mins. of mowing. The fuel sytem charges while it is off which takes 15-20 minutes. The fuel cap has been cleaned and inspected with fuel lines back fushed with air. The engine runs fine when there is fuel. Question does the fuel pump both pumps fuel from the tank as well as to the carburetor? Engine is a 16 hp. Kohler horizonal shaft.
