Hi guys-
I've owned a few Hi-Vac's over the years, and I got a new P2185020 last year.
Has anyone on here bought one of these recently?

Is it just me, or are the new bags smaller than the older ones that used to have the Snapper logo on them?

I definitely liked the bags with the logo better, they seemed larger, and they looked better too with the logo on them.

I just picked up a series 18 commercial with an old say series 2 bag on her. Back from the white handlebar days. Wrong bag per wrong series of mower. To me the bags are roughly the same size. I didn't measure any of these or weigh with a full bag. I have both the old and the newer black beauty with the Snapper name on it. Will have to check them out.

Did you get a generic bag or what? I've seen those plain black bags on ebay for roughly the same price as a real Snapper bag.

No, the newer ones are shipping with a plain black bag. Even shows it on their website. Maybe it's just me, but they look smaller and seem to hang in a little different shape. It could just be all in my head, but it feels like I have to empty it more frequently too. Or I just don't mow enough!
